Strength & Conditioning

Strength training can improve bone density, joint health, reduce the risk of injury and also reduce muscle wastage. It can also help with weight control. We offer personal training and strength & conditioning coaching for a variety of individuals across various age groups, fitness levels and health statuses. For those looking to improve sport performance, we offer specialised 1-2-1 coaching sessions where components such as Olympic lifting, technique, power, speed and agility can all be worked on.

Aerobic training

Aerobic training has been shown to improve stamina, immune function, metabolism, sleep quality, and improved sporting performance. We provide structured and science-backed 1-2-1 coaching that covers a wide range of aerobic training, ranging from endurance to high intensity. Over the years, we have guided hundreds of general population, GP referral and those with medical restrictions to a fitter and healthier life. Whereas our performance aerobic coaching has worked on athletes from club level to international level and in disciplines such as running, rowing, cycling and swimming.

Dietary Analysis

As experienced Certified Nutritionists, we have the knowledge to assess and prescribe the appropriate nutrition plan to meet your goals. We have worked with cardiac rehab patients, GP Referral clients, underweight, overweight, vegan, vegetarian clients – the list is endless! We also specialise in sports and performance nutrition, focusing on particular athletes and their disciplines.
